2. Educational Services & Curriculum
Mandarin Chinese Language Hub provides specialized Mandarin language training divided into two main tracks:
- Academic/Student Track: Standard, regular language learning modules.
- Business Track: Professionals complete foundational HSK-1 before progressing into custom, industry-specific business vocabulary.
We reserve the right to modify course structures, schedules, and lesson plans to maintain our premium educational standards.
3. Registration & Account Responsibilities
When creating an account or enrolling, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
- All course fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed installment plan prior to the commencement of classes.
- Fees are non-refundable once the course batch has officially started, except under exceptional circumstances approved solely at the discretion of the management.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a premium, respectful learning environment. Students and professionals are expected to behave professionally during physical and online classes. Any form of harassment, cheating, academic dishonesty, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and distributed during our courses—including text, graphics, logos, lesson slides, vocabulary lists, and videos—is the intellectual property of Mandarin Chinese Language Hub. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without explicit written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mandarin Chinese Language Hub aims for the highest standards of language training. However, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or exam scores (e.g., official HSK results). We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our website or educational services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
